Very pretty and fun but not well made by any means

I bought this purse back in August and carried it occasionally. I would say I have used it maybe 12-15 times since then (what would be about 2 weeks daily). The stitching has come loose, the black piping over the seam on the handles has stretched and come off and the purchase is literally falling apart. This is no longer in stock so I cannot return it for another one and Macy's can't help. Giani Bernini products are usually very good I have used them for decades but not this one. I am so disappointed that no one cares enough to make it right.

Pretty But Poorly Made

I purchased this handbag two summers ago for use during the three summer months. I don’t overstuff it or handle it roughly. Even so, this summer the stitching around the handles has begun to tear and the black rubber piping around the handles and buckles has started to detach. So disappointing for such a pretty pink pocketbook.

Purse already falling apart after 30 days

Saffiano Dome Satchel, Created for Macy's I have had this purse since for just over 30 days and I noticed this weekend that the black edging around the handle is coming off already! I like the purse but that should not already happen. Cheaply made. I am unable to upload a photo it does not work.
