Looks better in the ad than it is

I thought the bag looked very elegant in the ad, but once in my hands, it was not as well finished as I expected, and looked a bit cheap. But it is very practical in its design.

Terrible workmanship

The stitching is coming apart and Macy’s will not replace it . I have had the purse for just five months.
