Beautiful, but poor quality

I received this purse a few months ago and love how it looks and functions. Unfortunately, the material started to deteriorate and crack pretty quickly and now it's so bad that I will need to replace it.

Straps shred quickly

It’s a pretty purse but doesn’t last. The straps started shredding pretty quickly. It also doesn’t hold as much as I thought a tote would.
