Good quality but not truly white

This handbag is not as white as the exact same one that I bought previously. I really needed a slightly larger one but bought this because online it looked significantly whiter than all the larger ones, so I figured it was the best I could do. Disappointed but will keep it, assuming the others are indeed even more cream or alabaster.

Zipper design

I am unable to close both of the outside pocket zippers. I opened compartments easily , but once opened could not close. Must be an inherent design flaw as I noticed several other reviews noted same issue. Bought this for a trip. Never used it. Lucky for me it was on sale. DO NOT BUY
