Not for sensitive ears

While these are very pretty, I am not sure they are real sterling silver. I have worn them three times and all three times my ears swelled and turned red. I have sensitive ears but I can wear silver and gold, and have not had an issue in a long time.

Never received item

I cannot easily find a place to ask when I'll get my earnings which have been in transit forever. UPS tracking doesn't even have info except arrived in NY a long time ago. bad customer service.
