Wrong cut

I love the look but it feels like I’m wearing the left on my right foot whenever I wear them. It doesn’t feel right at all. Unfortunately I wore them for a full day after 30days so I’m unable to return. It may just be a mistake with my batch. Hopefully someone can contact me as I really want to be able to wear them
