Beautiful shoes

I'm going to return and get a smaller size. They are very attractive but way too large. I have similar shoes same designer, and they fit. These run larger .

Bad sizing

I order them online, went on sizing based on reviews. Turns out they came a bit big. I’m more of an online shopper so I been ordering online for the past years. Called to try to make an exchange ,not return but they said I couldn’t because it was final sale that I could only make an exchange in store but in store they didn’t have my size . It showed available in my size online. What a bummer . I guess I’ll have to be using double socks now and start shop in store only.
