Absolutely Fell Apart in 2 Months

To be fair, I LOVED these shoes! They were super comfortable and so cute! Unfortunately after wearing them a few times over the summer, mostly church, I wore them to our local theme park. I wasn’t doing anything crazy, just walking, and they started coming apart. The strap broke on the right foot, then the heel came up on the left, and by the time we got back to our car, they were both flapping. I was planning on just seeing if I could do an exchange, because I really did love them, but they shouldn’t just fall apart like that after 2 months! Alas, the customer service ladies and their manager were very rude. They said it was way too far past the 30 day return policy, and the shoes were “too worn and damaged” which was actually the point. The manager said “no one else has had these kinds of issues with these shoes” and treating me like I was trying to rip them off. I am extremely disappointed. I’ve always liked Macy’s but I will be shopping elsewhere.

Poor Quality

I was really disappointed in the quality of the sandals. The strap was irritating. Unfortunately it’s a last act item, otherwise I would return them. Will be donating them to goodwill.
