The worst

I have had “matte” finishes before, but never like this. Even the gentle scrap of a spoon against these makes a sound and feeling that’s worse than nails on a chalkboard. After two days I gave them away and told the people I wouldn’t feel offended if they can’t stand them either and throw them at a tree to put the dishes out of their misery.

Missing one piece

I got this set delivered at home. After unpack the set, I dispose of the box and right now I noticed one small plate was missing on the set. No way to return back now.

Received damage

I ordered two sets of the Gibson dinnerware set. The items were damaged in both boxes and there were no broken pieces in the box which leads me to believe that they were damaged and they packed it anyway Customer service was really helpful and they are sending replacements for both orders. I’m hoping the second set do not come damage as well!
