In the photos, the lettering looks a little bigger and of better quality.It's for a Christmas present, but now I'm having doubts about giving it as a gift.

VERY POOR QUALITY

Necklace lasted less than THREE months. Vendor of very poor quality, Macy's should take responsibility for using such poor vendor quality. I wrote to vendor asking to REPAIR/exchange necklace, but their response is ONLY for ONE month after purchase. a very small ring that connects the initial to the chain came out. DO NOT BUY this product! Macy's needs to take action.

Got the WRONG letter!! UGH. So mad

SO MAD! Was waiting on this for a sweet 16 gift and got the wrong letter the night before the birthday! Wasn't even an easy mistake to make. The letters are very different.
