Requires assembly

The product description is wrong. This chair requires assembly. I specifically bought the chair over the others because it says "fully assembled" I contacted customer service. The rep was great. Professional and polite in the way he handled my complaint. After reviewing the description, Macy's agreed to send a replacement chair and OMG the 2nd chair also came not assembled. It took me about an hour to put it together and that didn't make me happy but in the end it's a nice chair. My suggestion to Macy's - edit the description to assembly required.
