Perfect size brasserie.ñ

Holds about a gallon. Cooked a nice lamb stew and it was perfect. Cleaned like a dream. Very happy with it. I got it for a reduced price bc it was pink but it really more resembles a faded red clay.

terrible chips easy handle gets hot lid not secure. should have spent the extra and gotten one the I know was worth it

Great size for one pot recipes, cooks evenly. Easy to clean. Love the color.

Disappointed

Handles get extremely hot! knob handle is flimsy and doesn’t hold the weight of the lid. I was so excited to get one of these, and I am very disappointed.

great braising pan!

I read the negative reviews and bought it anyway- boy am I glad I did! this is such a good little pan- I live alone, so I don’t need a huge cauldron to cook for the army of the bulge! it’s HEAVY! it’s cast iron! it’ll hold the heat for quite a while, which can be useful. and it matches my dairy pots and pans- how serendipitous is that?! I’m happy, I got it on a huge sale, and it’ll hopefully last for the rest of my life!

Brasserie Cast Iron

The Brasserie is a very poor quality cast iron skillet..the paint chips very easily..I’m not happy with the product at all and will not buy anything from girl meets farm! you truly pay for what you get when it comes to cast iron brasserie and dutch oven for sure!
