Misleading marketing
Misleading marketing - was not transparent in the listing item’s description. Therefore, I purchased this “earring” thinking it would come with two (a pair), when only one earring was sent. A product from a company containing the word “girls” in the company name should assume a flat-back stud purchase might likely be for a girl. And most girls wear a PAIR of earrings. Extra annoying and inconvenient because this was for a holiday gift. I had to frantically find a replacement pair (from Mint and Lily! I recommend going there for a PAIR of flatback earrings suitable for girls). Luckily they were delivered in time. Poor business model and marketing. I suggest you have your editors make it much more clear in the product listing that it’s only ONE earring. Left a really scummy taste in my mouth. Macy’s, also might want to rethink your partnership with this brand.
Just one earring
The picture shows two of the same earring on an ear and the title says earrings. But there's just one earring here. It's mislabeled. You'd have to ignore the name of the product and really read the listing thoroughly to guess you'd just get one earring. It's packaged nicely and it's very cute, but I needed two.
