Can't return

Order two pair black and pink tried to return back to Macy's were I ordered them from to get and exchange for the right size and Macy's inform me that I had to return them on my own because it was a third party vendor. That's not my problem,I paid Macy's so needless to say I will not be ordering from Macy's for a long long time. Never say never, but I'm very upset.
