Bad purchase

I been using this perfume for many years, always having compliments, always, and I ordered online, when I use the perfume the smell lasts for 20 minutes, it feels like is fake, I don’t know how to explain, I contact customer services and they told me the return window expired, I hate customer service, always people from Indian, is very hard to understand the English
