Didn’t receive this

I was excited to pick up my order and receive everything I had ordered. After opening the boxes I realized I didn’t receive this item. I contacted macys and the seller. I was told that I would be able to receive a replacement or a refund. I haven’t received anything yet. I’m very disappointed
