i bought this same bracelet on Christmas for a gift and it had a beautiful packaging with the box which was the main reason i decided to order again for a gift as well. what i received was a bracelet in the mesh bag and was vary ugly, will return

Beware of Packaging Dissapointment

I bought 4 online and I was shocked that it did not come with jewelry boxes. They were each packaged in bubble wrap and then a small clear zip bag. They also came with small drawstring bags to put each bracelet in. I would have given this 5 stars. But for this packaging disappointment, I give this 4 stars.

Design and Quality

Nice design and quality for a jewel that is not real diamond is good. Customer service in other words, I get that it gets busy but I was at the counter and no one was at the counter. I waited 10-15 minutes. Then decided to go look for a section to pay. Normally I would leave but I like this design. I'm the type where I would rather drive far for good customer service than locally for bad service. I'm very picky when it comes to jewelry. When I did get someone, she was very nice, friendly and apoligized for the wait. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for that. Overall I really like the bracelet I purchased. It's simple and elegant design and doesn't cost thousands of dollars. I am a jeweler and you can't tell if it's fake unless you have a trained eye.
