I purchased a bracelet and earrings for my wedding that will be held in June 26. I received the bracelet within a timely manner but the earrings were in "processing" status for over 3 weeks. When I picked up the bracelet the rep checked my order number and confirmed the earrings were not there as of yet. It would of been nice because I live in NC and the nearest Macy store is in VA. I was told its on its way. I never received any emails like I usually do and a month later I was refunded with no explanation why. I called CS and they told me the store returned the item but the store stated they never received it. I purchased these earrings for my wedding. I purchased a lot of items from Macy so I know the process. This was a disappointing and now I have a bracelet with no matching earrings. Macy you dropped the ball on this one and there is no notation why I didn't receive the items I purchased. A very disappointing customer
