- Rub hands together and cup them over the ears. Close your eyes, breathe deeply; Warm a small amount of the night balm in the palms of your hands. Perform smoothing-bandage movements outwards from the face; Apply gentle circular relaxation movements.
- With the massage spatula, apply gentle pressure on the forehead, cheeks and chin. Then, perform a draining stretch exercise in wave-like movements.
