Arrived broken

Macy's DO NOT SHIP THESE IN A BUBBLE ENVELOPE!!! I was excited for these earrings, and they arrived broken. Got them on sale, and of course the sale is no longer available. Now, I have to drive to a store and see what can be done about these earrings. If I wanted to drive to a store, I could have bought then that way in the first places as they are in stock. I did NOT want to drive to the store this week. Schedule is too crazy. Now I have to. Thanks and bunch! 5 for appearance of earrings, 1 for online purchase/shipping = 3 star overall

Givenchy Crystal Orbital Drop Earrings

I truly love these earrings. Ordered them online, after seeing them in person, (in a hurry so couldn't purchase at the store). both earrings broken. Macy's gave me a new identical pair, wore them to dinner 1 night, they broke AGAIN in the same place. Terrible craftsmanship ... I liked them so much, I had a jeweler look at repairing them - they cannot be repaired, since they were made so cheaply.

Quivenchy Pave Silver Orbit Earrings

I wish I would of listened to the lady that wrote the review about receiving them broken! I had been waiting two weeks! I received them today and one was broken in peaces!! This really gives Quivenchy a bad name! I also pruchased them in pink, since they are so cheaply made I will be returning those as well! Don't buy this product!
