Earrings were not in a jewlery box

The earrings are nice but they were delivered in a small clear plastic bag, not in their box. Extremely disappointed! Very bad service from Macy’s, very bad display of a designer jewlery.. i will return only because of packing

Very nice disappointed in coupon

I had a birthday coupon and 25 percent off and the clerk said I could only use one even though they both populated. That was a little disappointing because I had figured out the price in my head using both discounts. It tarnished it a bit in my eyes when I got it. It's very pretty it it took some of my birthday excitement away!
