Feel and Look Cheap

Earrings look tarnished and lack luster. I even attempted to polish them but they just look and feel cheap. When they arrived one of the clasps was bent. Also the box they came in looks cheap as well - even the card on the inside came off showing the flaking glue behind it. I tried to exchange in store and they said I would need to return them and then buy them again at the current (not as good) price.

It is very shiny in the white gold part, looks like a lot of tiny diamonds sparkling…! Very fashionable, it is good for daily or party wear
