Everything good except color off

The online photo shows these jeans are of a bright khaki color, which can go with my tops of different colors. However, when I received them, I found they are of a grayish darker color, which do not go well with my tops of different colors. Thus, I decided to return them.

A change in Gloria shape?

Gloria Vanderbilt jeans used to be slender through the thighs. These are not, so they really don't fit me very well. The licorice color is not a true black.
