Very disappointed Customer.
Order #: 4648936576 was for Gloria Vanderbilt Women's Daisy Printed Short-Sleeve Shirt M. Cool Lagoon - Toile De Jouy light blue flowers on white in Medium. I loved the shirt but it was too big. I returned it to Macy's at Florida Mall, Orlando, FL on October 9 at 2pm. The clerk refunded back to my credit card and reordered it in a size Small. When I got home I received an email confirming Order 158525442 but it was in S. Naval Blue - Prairie Stripe, not the light blue floral. I contacted customer service and was told they could do nothing about it because it was past the 30 minute required cancellation time. I'm waiting for it to arrive so I can return it again to Macy's. When I tried to reorder the light blue blouse in Small size, they wanted far more money. No, I'm not happy.
Need an iron
Did not realize it needed ironing. I am disabled and have to hire that. It is soft, however.
Wrinkles!
Wrinkles too easily and hard to iron out rinkles.

The fabric is extremely wrinkled. I can imagine how it will look after washing. Terrible quality.

The Size is not according a Extra Large , i am going to return it tomorrow.
