No way to resolve wrong item recieved.

I received the wrong color. That’s my only complaint. I order another one and returned the intial order. Yet, no avenue available to speak to anyone regarding the color mishap and how remedy the issue. All machines and no live person to express my issue. I hope they send the right color the 2nd time around
