Linen Shorts

I am happy with the quality and style of these shorts. However, I am a platinum rewards member and had to pay postage on them. I attempted to resolve this matter with customer service but never received reimbursement for the postage. I was disappointed in the customer service I received. This affected my overall experience with the purchase of this merchandise.
