Ridiculous

Their packaging for this specific item is ridiculous. I ordered this twice and both times it came with broken trays. And it wasn’t even the outside box that was damaged, it was the original package that looked as though someone and gone through it and put a hole in one side. Trays were broken both times. I don’t get it.

Very disappointed. I waited 2 weeks for this item. It finally arrived and one of the platters came broken. The packaging is not enough sturdy enough for shipping. I really like the design which actually makes it more frustrating.
