Nightmare

Decanter never made it and have had to CHASE them to get my money back.

holy cow!!! I thought I was going crazy until I read these reviews!!! I reordered it THREE times and still ONLY 4 glasses!! not cool, was supposed to be a Christmas gift.

Did not get the set delivered properly

Send me the right item. Only got glasses and was told I could get the decanter on 12/26. Past Christmas. Not good.

This is marketed as a 5 piece set when in fact it’s only 4 pieces (just the glasses were delivered)

Upset customer

The item in the description is not what arrived. I received a 4 piece set rather than I 5 piece set. I contacted costumer service and they were unable to help. If some could contact me that would be great.
