Other occasion to buy:I'm very disappointed having received so many delivered items in the recent years in soiled and battered boxes, with many not having packing material inside to protect fragile items.

Better Shipping Service is Needed

Macy's needs to make and enforce shipping rules and standards so that consumers will receive undamaged goods. The box that the candy dish was in, was shipped upside down in a thin plastic, highly soiled bag, about twice the size of the box, with no shipping material inside. The top of the box had a damaged hole over the pointed top of the candy dish which was sticking through the hole. There was also a damaged area on the corner of the box, across from the hole on top. I was afraid that the "crystal covered" candy dish might have been damaged, therefore I returned it. This is so common now with items being delivered. I need to find a store with quality service and mechandise.

CAME IN A BUBBLE PLASTIC BAG

They mailed the crystal candy dish in a bubble plastic bag in it got to my house in small pieces!! Now I have to go return it. I ordered on line because I don’t want to go to store so what is the purpose of that if you are going to send it in a plastic bag and not in a box with bubby rap. Macys get new people that want to work and not just there for a pay check!!
