Shipping FAIL

I ordered 2 sets. Out of BOTH boxes I only have FIVE complete sets! Arriving out of the 8, 2 broken dinner plates, 1 salad plate, 1 bowl and 3 broken mugs!!! They are really pretty so I'm going to try and find them IN STORE!
