These are great!

I read through many reviews here before purchasing. Some unlucky people had the experience of their crystal mugs cracking upon first use. It makes me wonder if they had the package sitting out in the cold before bringing in and immediately filling with a hot beverage. That might do it. Thankfully, my mugs have been cooperating exactly as mugs should. They're beautiful, functional, and comfortable to hold and handle. They were a birthday gift to myself, and I couldn't be happier!

Purchased as a Christmas gift. All of them have cracked on the bottom! They are no longer available on Macy’s website

Glass mugs

Got theses mugs for my daughter, all the grandchildren were in town...Mugs of hot chocolate or hot Toddies like my dad used to serve back in the day! Just love them!!! Nice and sturdy, we even used them for Moscow Mules... 👍
