Obsessed

Obsessed with this snow globe! Finally a Macys exclusive snow globe. I love how detailed it is and that it matches the holiday decor of macys on herald square with the red bow all over!

Where has the customer service gone?

I ordered this item and was sent something completely different. I requested the item to be sent to me but as of this time, even thought Macy’s received my return, I have not gotten the item I ordered nor my refund!
