Love them but Misleading Info

I purchased this set after careful consideration on specifications, reviews and the look. When they came I loved them but as soon as I held them they did not feel like heavy quality as I had expected. Online the chrom/nickel component advertises that they are 18/10; however, on the bottom of the box there is a sticker that reads 18/0. I can only assume the make up is what is marked on the box. Does anyone have any info in regards to this discrepency? Macys? I will keep the set for now as I really need one and I enjoy the design of this one; but, I don't appreciate the false advertising as I would have gone with something else for the sake of longevity.

We very happy with this set!

Excellent quality, simple and elegant design. Each utensil is somewhat oversized. For example, the dessert forks are the size of the dinner forks I am replacing.
