Glass are adorable

The glasses were adorable and just what I wanted. They were supposed to arrive a day before Thanksgiving since that was when they were to be used. They were delayed and I was informed without enough time to find something else. I did keep the glasses becaise they are fine but was very frustrated with the delivery service .

POOR PACKING!!

I was very disappointed to receive my snowman glasses SHATTERED. They were shoved in a box with a cast iron pot and ZERO padding to keep the glasses from breaking. Not sure who your packer is, but clearly they need training!!

Disappointed

No shipping update.

I ordered these glasses weeks ago and have had no update on shipping. It only states that a label was created. I reached out to Macy's via email and have had no response. Very frustrated, such poor customer service.
