Wrong Item

As many have mentioned, the wrong item is being shipped, and I returned it and had it re-shipped, and still got the same thing. Or more than likely, the picture is incorrect. Either way, I’m pretty disappointed. Giving it three stars, because this is not the manufacturer’s fault, it’s Macy’s fault.

The issue is with Macys

The item came and as with reviews from a year ago, the wrong item was shipped and does not match the description or photo of the item. Customer Service wont do anything because the UPC matches their records. Obviously it needs to be corrected but nobody at Macy's is making this correction.
