92 degrees in NO air conditioned delivery truck.

It is horrible when wanting to order food and being told, "YOU cannot pick it up. Buy it for delivery. No acceptable! I did and the product arrived completely melted. Shame on you Macy's. Lousy customer service. I love this candy and give it to everyone.
