A little Disappointed

Usually, most items are on time. The chocolates were supposed to be delivered, before Valentine’s Day or on the day. Three days later, they show up, with another Valentine’s Day gift, which I also ordered early. Obviously, the occasion was ruined! -So much for being a Platinum Customer, which I’m “thanked for”. When have to call. There is no difference between me -and someone that spend a couple of hundred dollars. Oppose to myself, spending thousands. In the past, I also, mention that I purchased a pair of Coach shoes. The box was ripped up, it was apparent that somebody decided to disrespectfully tape the box with brown tape. I made a complaint, that was never addressed. As I said before, no reads these comments. Why ask.
