dress socks

I bought these light weight socks for my grandson for a wedding he is in. He said he really likes them and they are comfortable with his new shoes!

Not dress socks, misleading assistance in store

I bought these in-store, and asked if they were over-the-calf and was told they were. Now, when I go to wear them, I find that they're mid-calf. Since when is mid-calf a "dress sock"? That's like calling your flannel shirt a "dress shirt' because it has a collar.

I ordered brown gold toe dress socks and they were so dork they looked like black socks

Good Fit!

I bought these socks for my husband and he says they have a good fit for his foot. He likes the material and the gold toe is what he looks for in a quality dress sock. The color is not too light or dark. Very satisfied!

This brand is the only brand I will buy

I am rough on socks, so I will generally stick with the brands that hold up the best. Gold Toe socks are by and far the most durable and long lasting socks I have found. I am glad that Macy's stocks this both in store and online, which makes my sock shopping a lot easier.

IMHO poor quality

I was looking for (and hoped to get) 100% cotton socks. These had 5% spandex and some other material besides cotton - unpleasant feel, I returned them.
