12" Carbon Steel Pre-Seasoned Fry Pan, Created for Macy's
Product details
Web ID: 8252463It's okay
Like most "pre-seasoned" carbon steel pans you need to remove any factory finish on it and season it your self. This plan took a little more work then others I've had but once it was done it became one of my regulars in the kitchen.

Don't buy this pan...
Looks horrible after a couple of uses! I got this pan because it's oven-safe and needed it fast. I wish I would've waited...
Doesn't work
It didn't last long and the non stick came off. The moment I used it to cook it started to peel off.

BEWARE! THESE PANS MAY DESTORY YOUR MOUTH!
BEWARE! Mine not only came bent due to poor packaging, but is causing serious issues! I know about carbon steel pans, and know that they are seasoned. I just received my pans, washed them with soap and a scrubby, and made some dishes with them over the next couple days. I've noticed that every time is use them, whatever I'm eating with make my mouth feel numb, and my tongue feels burnt. I thought maybe I had become allergic to something, but now my wife has said it is happening to her too. It's been 18 hours since I've eaten my last meal with them, and my tongue still feels burnt. Something is very wrong with these pans. I don't know what's happening but I'm worried this might be permanent. I'm going to contact Macy's today about this. If you are experiencing the same thing, please make a review. I will be checking back on this page to see if anyone else is having this problem.
