Love weighted blanket

Both of my teenage daughters love this blanket. They fought over it so I had to buy another one. Only thing is I thought I read in the description I could machine wash it, but it can only be dry cleaned according to the tag. Because of that, I made a cover for them to limit the need to get it cleaned. The size lends itself to cover one person at a time, somewhat equivalent to the top of a twin bed.

good quality

I bought this for my daughter. I had bought one previously, but the beads were all over the place. This one has individual squares that keeps the beads in tact. She loves it.

Going to keep it

I'm 120lbs and this 18lb blanket was a little to heavy for me, but my husband (180lbs) wants it for himself and likes the weight so we're going to keep it. It fits only one person also. I'm now debating between the 12lb Beautyrest brand or continue with the 14lb Goodful. Material feels good, would like to wash it, but a little concern about how to take care of it, will google that later, but it did came with a strong cardboard smell to it and hopefully airing it out will help. Overall, it does the job and we're going to keep the first purchase.
