Gotham Steel Non-Stick Pan

This replaces a pan where everything stuck, and it’s great. I chose this after looking at several, and I’m pleased with the way things cook, and easy clean up. I’ll probably get more sizes from the line.

Wonderful little fry pan!

This little pan cooks the best scrambled eggs without butter or oil; however, butter tastes better. Frozen salmon patties cook from a pale pink color to a beautiful light brown using no oil; however, I use just a drop. Cleaning is fast and easy. I ordered the 11" fry pan and have the other sizes on my "wish list."

Best Non Stick

I tried other stainless steel and they have food get stuck to the pan. I like how this stainless steel pan has best of both worlds-stainless and non stick. It was able to sear and create flavor profiles at bottom of pan that you get w stainless which is hard to do w non stick.
