Missing washers

Put two bar stools together and ran out of washers to assemble the other two. I called Macys and was told they could only refund the whole set or I would have to get in touch with the distributer to ask for the missing washers. I Can't seem to get through to the number. Have not received a response to my email as of yet. Won't order something like this again.
