Returned Gouun 48Inch Adjustable Desk

Terrible Customer Service, if you have to return this item Gouun puts you through a night mare. So do Macy’s stating this is through a third party service. Returned this item through FEDEX in February and still have not received a refund. Returned immediately, because I no longer needed the desk and chair. Returned February 15, 2025 and today is June 23, 2025. I have been on the phone 5 times for over an hour.
