Works great, but doesn't look like picture at all

Item was delivered in a timely manner; however, it did not look like the picture at all. The temp control was different; the pad itself was different. It did fit my king bed and is working fine, but it was a bit of a put off when it didn't look anything like the picture on the Macy's website.
