Going set of 2 tufted upholstered dining chairs

I ordered 6 chairs. They arrived while I was away and my husband put all of them together. When I returned I realized that they were very similar, but NOT the same chairs that I ordered. They did not have the decorative upholstery tacks, which I really wanted. Macys did resolve this issue eventually. They initially said that I had to disassemble all 6 chairs and return in the original boxes. This was at least 4 more hours of work for my very unhappy husband, for a problem that obviously on their end. These chairs are okay, definitely not high quality, but the price was good. 4 of the 6 chairs were wobbly and I had to use felt pads on the legs to even out the wobble.

Needed chairs asap

Packaging was exceptional. Quality of the chairs was not good. And return process is way to involved. I won't order anything else from macy, unless it can be returned to the store.
