disappointing

very upset with this product was so excited to give to my daughter for Christmas. It is missing 10 screws you can't attach the table top. calling Macy's customer service is no help because they do not have the screws to replace. call the company that distributes this product cannot get a hold of them their phone is 24/7 busy. now we're stuck sending this large item back which is a struggle seeing as how my daughter has four kids and is not an easy chore to do. never again!!!!
