No replacement mattress
The product is basically putting babies in danger because you are not allowed to put any mattress protection in it and without a replacement mattress, a blowout in the middle of the night basically forces you to find a different place for your baby to sleep or forcing parents to put unsafe mattress protectors in every night. This is such a basic part of baby care, what am I supposed to do in a blowout; either have my baby sleep in poop or on the floor for the rest of the night?

Loud! Wouldn’t recommend
The bassinet worked well for us until my baby was more mobile and no longer could be swaddled. The bassinet when locked still allows for some movements which makes a terrible creaking sound, waking us both up. Also, to use the swaying feature, the button to unlock the bassinet makes a loud click, which is the time when you are trying to be quiet to get a baby back to sleep!

Good but has room for improvement
We like that that the feet can slide under the bed and that the height is adjustable. I would like it more if the buttons to adjust the height & activate the swaying motion were less bulky & less loud when pressed. The buttons are not smooth & the loud click is startling to babies. I like that the lining/padding is removable for easy washing. The mesh sides are great. Overall I’m happy we have it.

Dangerous and unusable
I love the size of this bassinet but I have two issues. The mechanism to lock it so that it’s not in “/swinging mode” jams so I am unable to keep it still. Anytime baby moves or rolls the whole bassinet starts to swing since it can’t be locked. The movement wakes my baby and makes the product unusable. Additionally, the replacement mattress pads have been sold out of ages and you aren’t allowed to put a sheet on it so it’s extremely inconvenient to wash and dry and reuse

Not the best
We’ve had this for 2 months and it makes a lot of creaking sounds whenever I place my baby in the bassinet which wakes her up every time. It has a variety of levels which is nice but since I have it at bedside it’s always on the lowest. It has a swinging feature which we never used, but if you do use it and decide to lock it once baby sleeps, it makes the loudest clicking sound. The bassinet is not very stable and will move anyway even when locked. I like that it’s mesh all around so I can see the baby and it’s spacious even for our 2 month old. The mattress can be washed and I’ve been able to use fitted sheets on it. But I truly wish I chose another bassinet due to all the creaking whenever touched.

Fits our needs
Sturdy structure and easy to assemble. Glad it's not a battery or powered, the rocking motion lasts long enough to soothe then stops when baby falls asleep. Height adjustment is nice for more than just bedroom.

Useless product with out replacement part
Hard to understand the as why Graco is not providing replacement mattress. Pretty useless without this for a newborn. Do better !!!
