Wrong size

It’s the second one that I ordered 6/7 and got XL(16) not sure what is going on with Macy’s this season but I’m really disappointed, now I don’t have gifts to give to my nieces… crazyyyy!

Waste

Last act item and they had the nerves to send the wrong size. Waaay too big. Very disappointed. Now I'm stuck with a shirt for my daughter that she won't be wearing for years.

Ordered size 6, got 10/12

What a joke. Ordered size 6 girls. Got a 10/12. Macys “reps” and supervisor were less than helpful in remediating this issue. Wanted me to ship back the wrong sizes in order to get refunded. Would not replace with correct sizes. Terrible customer service experience. Shame on you Macys.
