Still waiting for my order!

You can check my online customer service chat messages - horrible experience in its self. Never received my men's robe and men's slippers purchase- still waiting! I had a supposedly live chat with a customer service rep that ended with her canceling my mascara order that I wanted to ship to me, and the extra-large sweatshirt was shipped in a mailing bag the size of my hand and was damaged. I feel very sorry for Macy's decline, it use to be such a great store.
