Looks can be deceiving.

I brought this in November and used it the same month. It worked perfectly. The rice was soft and delicious. Now here we are in January, and it won’t cook the rice. The buttons don’t work. I press menu to select the rice type or grain and it doesn’t move. It’s very frustrating. I’ve only been able to use this one time. This is disappointing.

VERY disappointed!

VERY disappointed! My steel cut oats were soggy as was the rice. I used the amount of water suggested. WHY?

Hard rice
